Read values with their test conditions
Typical values relate to the stated method and conditions. Review temperature, substrate, cure, specimen geometry and units. Avoid ranking values measured under different conditions.
Map values to your requirements
Record temperature, speed, dose, joint geometry and required life. Separate items supported by documentation from items requiring application testing. Define methods, acceptance criteria and the current comparison material.
Check changes over service life
Design temperature, humidity or repeated-motion tests appropriate to the application. Compare required torque, noise, strength and appearance before and after testing using the same conditions.
Confirm the grade and current revision
When requesting records, specify the product or grade, application, conditions and document type. SDS supports safe handling; adoption decisions require the applicable TDS together with actual-part and application evaluation.
