EUBO APPLICATION NOTES

Materials by component

Four notes connecting component areas, process conditions and evaluation.
Workbench application illustration of plastic spur gears and tooth contacts

Plastic gears and reduction mechanisms

Plastic gear noise checks

Define the polymer and mating material, starting temperature, load, speed and grease dose. Compare noise together with actuation resistance, tooth condition and migration; a quieter mechanism alone does not establish suitability.

Small sliding parts and lens-drive mechanisms

Optical film lubrication

Separate sliding interfaces from optical surfaces that must remain free of coating. Define dose, drying conditions and treated finish. Published F18A, MF100 and MF400 records describe a semi-wet finish; review a fully dry requirement separately.

Electronic-part and display-module joints

Electronic bonding conditions

Define substrates and joint gap, access for light or heat, dispensing geometry and environmental evaluation. Confirm that the assembly process can support the proposed curing method before comparing candidates.

PCBA or precision parts to be cleaned

PCBA cleaning evaluation

Review the contaminant, compatibility with components and polymers, and cleaning/drying method for the exact grade. The fluorinated-fluid category alone does not establish flux removal or PCBA suitability; include residue and inspection in the evaluation.

PRODUCT DOCUMENTS

Documents & specifications

Choose a product and the documents you need.
Requested documents
Select a product family and at least one document.
Documents and sample arrangements
Document language & revision
Specify your preferred language. Available languages, revision dates and versions are confirmed for the selected grade.
Evaluation samples
Share the application, grade, quantity and destination. Availability, packaging, costs and lead time are confirmed individually.
Discuss a sample request
Optional · Prepare a Japanese review sheet (print / PDF)

Optional: create a one-page Japanese sheet to share with engineering or procurement. It contains the selected product and your own conditions; it is not a product certificate.

Select a product family above to preview the review sheet.

Sheet entries are used for printing. The document request form receives the product and document choices.

Frequently asked questions

Can I enquire without a grade?

Share what is known about the application, component, materials, temperature, motion and process. These define the conditions for candidate screening.

Can TDS values determine adoption?

Review documented test conditions against actual use, then evaluate the required performance on actual parts and equipment.

How do I confirm document scope?

Specify the grade, use, region and required standard. Confirm scope against current grade-specific records and the responsible contact.
